Box Truck Wraps
Box truck wraps in Denton and DFW. A 16 ft box truck runs $7,500 to $10,000, printed on 3M cast vinyl and installed in-house. Built to read at road speed.
Box truck wraps put the largest flat surface your company owns to work. Most box trucks on the road carry a small logo and nothing else. We design the box, the cab, and the roll-up door as one layout, so a driver passing at 45 MPH can read who you are and what you do, and the driver stopped behind you has something worth reading.

Built for the biggest canvas
Name and trade set at a size the box can carry, readable from across the intersection, not just from the curb.
The rear door as its own layout
The roll-up door gets the longest look of any surface. We design it separately and keep the name off the panel gaps.
Cab and box read as one vehicle
The cab and the box are tied together in color and layout so the truck reads as one company, not a truck with a sign on it.
Installed around rivets and seams
Box bodies carry rivets and panel seams. We install cast vinyl in our climate-controlled Denton facility so it settles around them and stays down.

Both are growth the owners reported after rebranding, not a claim about what a wrap does on its own. The work did that. The brand is what made the market recognize the company doing it.
What a box truck wrap costs
A full wrap on a 16 ft box truck, at roughly 500 square feet, runs $7,500 to $10,000 with print and installation included. Larger boxes are quoted by measured area. Wrapping the box only, without the cab, is priced by coverage. Design is quoted separately as the BrandBlueprint ($3,750). Your firm price comes after we see the truck.
A billboard you already paid for
A box truck spends its day in the same neighborhoods your customers live in, parked at job sites and stopped at lights. When they carry only a logo the size of a dinner plate, that space goes to waste every mile. When they carry your name, your trade, and one clear promise, every route becomes recognition.
What the 45 MPH Test checks on a box truck
- Company name readable from across a four-lane road, not lost in a busy background.
- The trade named in a word, set with the name.
- Nothing important laid across the roll-up door's panel gaps, rivet lines, or side doors.
- A rear door layout for the driver stopped behind you.
- The same layout as the vans and pickups in the rest of the fleet.

Box Truck Wraps FAQ
- How much does it cost to wrap a box truck?
- A full wrap on a 16 ft box truck, about 500 square feet, runs $7,500 to $10,000 at WrapMasters with print and installation included. Larger box bodies are quoted by measured area, and box-only coverage is priced by area too. Design is quoted separately as the BrandBlueprint ($3,750). See truck, van, and box truck wrap pricing.
- Should I wrap just the box or the cab too?
- Either can work. Wrapping the box gives you the biggest surfaces for the least money. Adding the cab makes the truck read as one branded vehicle from the front and in a driveway. We design both so the box-only option still looks intentional next to the cab color.
- Can you wrap a roll-up door?
- Yes. The roll-up door is wrapped panel by panel so it still opens and closes normally. We lay out the design so the company name does not break across a panel gap, because a name split in half is hard to read from the car behind.
- Do rivets cause problems on a box truck wrap?
- Not when the wrap is cast vinyl installed correctly. Rivets and seams take more install time, which is part of why box trucks are priced by area. Calendered vinyl and rushed installs are what lift around rivets.
- How long does a box truck wrap last in Texas?
- A cast vinyl wrap installed to 3M specification lasts 5 to 7 years in North Texas, longer when the truck is parked under cover. The roof and top edges of the box take the most sun and age first. Every installation carries a 2-year limited warranty on workmanship and adhesion.
- Can the box truck match the rest of my fleet?
- Yes. We build one layout system and adapt it to box trucks, vans, and pickups so every vehicle reads as the same company, including vehicles you add later.
