Agreement to terms

By accessing https://wrapmasters.comor engaging WrapMasters for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services

WrapMasters provides commercial vehicle wrap design, printing, and installation services, along with related marketing services including website development, reputation management, and social media graphics. All services are subject to a separate written proposal or invoice that governs the specific scope, price, and timeline of each project.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided through this website or by email are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a signed proposal or invoice. Pricing is subject to change based on vehicle size, material selection, design complexity, and installation requirements confirmed at consultation.

Design approval and artwork

Production begins only after the client provides written approval of the final design proof. Once approved, changes that require reprinting are the client's responsibility. Clients who supply their own artwork warrant that they hold the necessary rights to all logos, images, and content provided.

Payment terms

A deposit is required before design work begins. The balance is due prior to installation unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Accounts past due 30 days may be subject to a late fee. WrapMasters retains a lien on installed work until payment is received in full.

Warranty

WrapMasters warrants installation workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer (3M) and are passed through to the client. The warranty does not cover damage from improper vehicle preparation, automatic car washes, physical abrasion, chemical exposure, or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

WrapMasters' total liability for any claim arising from services or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Intellectual property

Designs created by WrapMasters remain the intellectual property of WrapMasters until paid in full, at which point ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client. The WrapMasters name, logo, and website content are proprietary and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Portfolio use

By accepting services, you grant WrapMasters the non-exclusive right to photograph completed work and use those images in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer your project not be featured, notify us in writing before installation.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it to transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user for any reason.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Denton County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
