Fleet-First Branding™ / Brand System
The Brand System: your brand, written down and built to travel
The BrandBlueprint, included with every wrap, makes one vehicle right. The Brand System makes the brand itself right, then writes it down so it stays that way.
It is an extension of the BrandBlueprint, not a different product: the positioning and message hierarchy the Blueprint defines become a complete brand guidelines kit, the document your next hire, your next vendor, and your next truck all follow. Without one, every new business card, yard sign, and vehicle is a fresh decision made from memory. With one, the brand survives contact with everyone who touches it.
Who it is for
Companies whose brand lives in the owner's head and nowhere else. Fleets of two or more vehicles, especially mixed types, that need to read as one company. Businesses ordering from multiple vendors, printers, uniform suppliers, sign shops, web designers, who each interpret the logo their own way. Companies growing past the point where the owner personally approves every piece.
If the name itself is changing, or the company is becoming something new in public, that is the Market Launch.
What you get
Everything in the BrandBlueprint, extended into a brand guidelines kit:
- Brand narrative and voice
Who you are, what you claim, and how the company sounds in writing, from the tagline to a service reminder postcard.
- Logo system
Primary mark, secondary marks, and lockups, with clear-space and sizing rules and the do-not list, so the logo works on a truck door, an invoice, and an embroidered polo without drifting.
- Color palette with usage rules
Exact values for print, digital, and vinyl, and guidance on how much of each color a layout should carry, so materials made two years apart still look related.
- Typography standards
The typefaces, weights, and hierarchy for everything the company prints or posts.
- Fleet application standards
The guidelines applied to vehicles: layout, hierarchy, and placement rules per vehicle type, so a partial on a pickup and a full wrap on a high-roof van carry the same brand at different budgets, and the next vehicle you buy gets wrapped by the book.
- Production-ready designs
For each vehicle type in the current fleet, plus a rollout plan sequenced around your season and budget.
The kit ships as a designed guidelines document, the kind you can hand to any vendor in town and get your brand back instead of their interpretation of it.
What happens after
A company with a guidelines kit and a consistent fleet usually asks the same next question: who keeps all of this working, every month, everywhere else? That is My Marketing Department, and the Brand System makes you eligible for it. Every MMD deliverable is built from your guidelines, which is exactly why the guidelines come first.
