Twenty-five years of helping service brands get recognized.
WrapMasters is the Denton branding agency that developed Fleet-First Branding™ from two decades of watching home-service fleets go unnoticed. Brand strategy, wrap production, and marketing under one roof.
How this started
Chris Graham, founder
In 1998 I had a day job at a printing company, a key to the building, and a design business that existed for three hours a day. Five in the morning, an empty parking lot, their computers and their software. I had until eight. Then I went to work like everyone else. My first client took a chance on a guy who did not own a computer.
In 2001 I was laid off. Our second son was six months old. The side business stopped being on the side, and I never went back to working for someone else. For eighteen months there was no plan. There was the next morning and the next project.
Then a magazine I designed covers for offered me a full page instead of money. I needed money. I took the page.
I built three ads. Two of them looked like every ad you have ever skipped: my services, my claims, bullet points down the page. For the third one I pushed the keyboard away and wrote a question on a pad. What is the reader's problem? Then I drew a pill. The ad looked like medicine. It opened with what the reader was dealing with, what they had already tried, and what to expect from the prescription.
All three ran. Same magazine, same readers, same designer.
The phone rang twice. A man in New Hampshire whose company made glow-in-the-dark golf balls, and a currency trading firm in Australia. I asked both which ad brought them. The pill. The other two did what everybody else's ads do, which is nothing. Both clients stayed with me for years.
That is the lesson, and I have not found an exception since. People are not waiting to hear everything you know. They are deciding whether you understand them.
Around 2004 I met Kent Billingsley. His book, Entrepreneur to Millionaire, gave me something I had never had: a system for building a company on purpose instead of one morning at a time. Everything WrapMasters does sits on that frame, with our own layer on top.
Offices came later, and a team, and a name on the door. So did a habit I did not notice for a while. A client asked for a logo, we designed a logo. They asked for a brochure, we designed a brochure. Good work, happy client, and the business could still be struggling. I had become very good at taking orders. I had forgotten my own pill.
Then 2020. I watched the country shut down the way I had watched it change in 2001, and this time I knew what came next. People were going to be laid off. Some of them were going to start companies. Almost none of them were going to know how to be found.
So we opened a wrap shop. I had never laid a strip of vinyl in my life. The shop was never about vinyl. It was about what rolled through the bay door.
A service truck gets three seconds. That is the same constraint as a full-page ad, except the reader is moving. I stood in the bay looking at a van covered in bullet points, and the pill came back. The truck cannot be about you.
Can a stranger, at forty-five miles an hour, tell who you are, what you fix, and why they would call?
That question became the 45 MPH Test. Following it from the truck to the website, the reviews, and everything else a customer sees became Fleet-First Branding.
Because somewhere tonight a pipe lets go under a sink. Someone stands in the water with a phone in her hand, and she does not search. She remembers a truck she has passed a hundred times on the way to work.
Nobody calls a stranger.

Meet Chris Graham, founder
Chris founded the company in 2001 and launched WrapMasters in 2020, after nearly twenty years designing brands for North Texas businesses. His obsession is simple: a brand should earn attention in a glance and turn it into demand.
He is an active Rotarian and a fixture in the Denton and Lake Cities business community. The work was recognized with the 2025 President's Award from the Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce, the 2026 Business of the Year from the Denton-Lake Cities Rotary Club, and a Certificate of Recognition from the Texas House of Representatives presented by State Representative Richard Hayes. Chris is also a Paul Harris Fellow through Rotary International.
More about Chris, including his published work in the trades
“Chris is an expert at taking ideas and concepts and turning them into graphics that really tell a story. He consistently brought it to life better than I imagined. He truly understands how to communicate a message visually. He is a joy to work with!”

What we stand for
Six principles that decide how we design, produce, and stand behind every wrap we build.
Ownership over activity
We do not sell tasks, we own outcomes. Most agencies hide behind impressions and clicks. We take responsibility for the assets customers actually see, and we hold every one of them to the same standard: does it make the brand easier to recognize?
The fleet-first standard
Most fleet wraps are designed to look good on a proof, not to perform in traffic. Your fleet is your most visible physical asset, so we design for legibility at distance, durability, and consistency across every vehicle you run.
Integrated truth (one marketing operating system)
Fragmentation is the enemy of growth. By unifying branding, production, and marketing under one roof, we eliminate the blame game between vendors and give you the truth through data, not vanity metrics.
Servitude leadership
Our business exists to fuel the community that supports it. We lead with Service Above Self, and we do not just work in Denton, we help build it through systems like Rotary Flags that help our neighbors thrive.
Growth without waste
We believe in getting more from the assets you already own. A clear, consistent local brand compounds through repeated exposure over time, and it does not require a massive ad budget to build.
Radical accountability
We sit on the same side of the table as the owner. We provide the strategy, the execution, and the results, and we expect to be held accountable for your growth, because your fleet is our reputation.
We are committed to 100% client satisfaction, and we stand behind every wrap with a guarantee that you will be happy with the result.
